Returns:

Because each item is placed and customized for each order we do not provide returns, only refunds for product(s) that you received damaged during shipment upon arrival. Returns are not accepted for mistaken orders or for perishable products and that have been opened for consumption. If you received a shipment and it was damaged upon arrival, please contact us at naturesquench@gmail.com with a picture for us to inspect and we will provide a refund within 10 business days. We will not provide any type of refund after 10 business.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product(s) arrived damaged, please contact us at naturesquecnh@gmail.com and please provide pictures for us to examine the situation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exchanges
Because each order is created individually and placed upon your request, we do not offer exchanges on customized orders. 


Refunds

Refunds are only given if a product arrived damaged. Because this is a perishable item that is custom made upon each order no refunds are provided unless the packing was damaged upon arrival.   

If your product(s) arrived damaged, please contact us at naturesquecnh@gmail.com and please provide pictures for us to examine the situation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


No refunds for damaged items passed 10 business days, so please let us know immediately if you your order arrived damaged.
