What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned or refunded? What if there is an issue?

Because each order is customized upon your request and it is a perishable item- we do not give refunds or accept returns. We will provide a refund if your order was received damaged upon arrival with proof of picture.

Refunds are only given if a product arrived damaged. Because this is a perishable item that is custom made upon each order no refunds are provided unless the packing was damaged upon arrival.   

If your product(s) arrived damaged, please contact us at naturesquecnh@gmail.com and please provide pictures for us to examine the situation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No refunds for damaged items passed 10 business days, so please let us know immediately if you your order arrived damaged.
